Absolutely none. Indoor and outdoor events can take place, with COVID-secure measures in place. This includes business events such as conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, private dining events such as gala dinners and awards ceremonies, and corporate hospitality.

Yes, outdoor events can take place for up to 4,000 people or 50% of a site or venue’s capacity (whichever is lower). CCIA will welcome up to 500 guests per day, well within Millbrook’s capacity limit.

We will adhere to all legal requirements and take all reasonable action to mitigate risk to public health. This includes reduced contact registration area with face masks required indoors, licence checking & safety briefing video all online pre-event, 95% of the show outdoors with ventilation and social distancing measures in place where necessary, vehicles to be sanitised between drives, thorough enhanced cleaning of all public areas, socially distances seminar sessions and ample hand sanitiser available onsite. No, but we are encouraging all visitors and guests to order the free government ‘test at home lateral flow tests’ and use prior to visiting the show. All Fleet News event staff will be taking daily tests throughout build up, live days and breakdown.

We ask that all attendees wear face covering when in; registration queues, catering queues, toilets, and indoor/enclosed exhibits. If you are exempted for any reason, please where possible bring confirmation of this. Please see templates here on the government website.

Yes, there will be catering on site so you don't have to worry about bringing your own refreshments.

Company Car in Action is free of charge to visitors.

Yes, however we do limit attendance to 3 per company. (Each application is validated on an individual basis.)

On-site registration was available, but we recommended to register online to ensure you wouldn't be delayed upon arrival.

In view of the licence changes with the paper section of the licence being irrelevant, you would need to bring your photocard driving licence with you when you attended the event. If you have a pre photo card driving licence you would also need to bring suitable photographic ID. e.g. current passport. You would also need your licence summary

No, you need to have a full driver’s licence to drive.

If you wish to drive you must attend the safety briefing.

Your pass would be sent to you electronically.  If you lost your pass, you would be able to get a replacement at the registration desk.

Yes, if you are over the age of 18

On arrival at Millbrook, follow the directions to the CCIA Entrance. Please note that this is not the main entrance to Millbrook Proving Ground. The marshals will then direct you to the Mile Straight to park your car. We will be operating a shuttle service between the Mile Straight and the Registration Entrance.

The use of photographic or video recording equipment on site was strictly prohibited unless specifically authorised by a member of Millbrook or Bauer Media.
